All content in TOFFEE is available to all users in Bangladesh, on any mobile network and over WiFi.

Signing up on TOFFEE is easy. Just enter your phone number and you will receive an OTP via text. Enter the OTP when prompted, to log-in.

The latest version of the TOFFEE application does not require end-users to sign-in to TOFFEE to access and stream free content. To access premium content and extra features such as content uploading, reacting to contents, referring etc., users will need to log-in using their phone number.

You will receive a One-Time Password via SMS on the phone number you use to sign in. Unless you share the OTP with anyone else, no one can sign in to your TOFFEE profile.

You can find the logout option in the menu on the top right of the TOFFEE application.

Casting option is now available on TOFFEE. To avail the facility, you need to ensure that the TOFFEE application on your phone is updated to the latest version and you are near a device which allows casting. On the TOFFEE application, end-users will notice the casting option through which end-users can cast the content on your Smart TV.

Minimum speed required for streaming TOFFEE is 128+ kbps.

TOFFEE does not have download option available yet. All the contents can only be seen while on the TOFFEE application or webpage.

Yes. You can watch TOFFEE as long as you want without any interruptions, as long as you are using an internet connected device.

Sign in to your profile from your mobile device, click on the profile icon and go to “Edit Profile”. Next, click on “Delete Profile and Data”. Type “Delete” if you wish to delete your profile and data permanently. If you have subscribed to any premium content, you shall lose access to it. If you have purchased any data pack from inside the TOFFEE platform or have obtained any referral data bonus, you shall be giving that up too, without any additional warning or notice.

Once you initiate profile deletion, your account will be deactivated immediately, and your profile and data (identification data, channel data, and activities) will be deleted permanently within 60 days.

You can open a new account with a different mobile number, or continue to enjoy the free content on TOFFEE without signing in.

In order to see your followed channels, click the menu on the top right of the TOFFEE App, where you will see a “Following” button. Click Following to view your list

You can invite your friends to use TOFFEE using a referral code. When your friend redeems the code within 24 hours from their first sign-in, both you and your friend shall be eligible to get an internet bonus if you are both Banglalink prepaid SIM users.

1. You get 250MB (valid for 7 days) and

Video monetization allows you to monetize on your video contents and earn from them. Your earnings will be based on the performance, e.g., the engagement, reach and watch time of your approved videos, and the badge that you have acquired.

All categories of videos that do not violate the Community Guidelines can be monetized.

You must have an approved channel on TOFFEE to get your videos published. If you have uploaded videos on your channel, they are being reviewed according to the TOFFEE Community Guidelines. If your videos are deemed to be appropriate according to our guidelines, they will be published on your channel within the earliest possible time. You will receive a notification in the app once your video has been published.

To get your channel approved, you must ensure the following:

i) Your NID number is accurate
ii) Your name and date of birth used to create the channel matches your NID
You will receive a notification in the app once your channel has been approved.

To start making money from your videos,

· You must agree to our Terms & Conditions
· Your channel must be verified
· Your videos must be greater than 10 seconds.
· Contents on your channel must comply with our TOFFEE Community Guidelines

Joining as a creator is super simple. You have to follow the steps below:

1. Click on Upload (plus icon) and you will be asked to sign in.
2. Login with your phone number upon verifying with One Time Password (OTP). Make sure that the “I agree to Creators’ Terms of Use” box is selected.
3. Select 3 categories of videos that interest you.
4. Click on the “Okay” button when you receive the “By uploading video, you are about to apply for the TOFFEE Partnership Program”
5. Set your channel name and logo.
6. Enter your name, address, date of birth, email address and NID number. Make sure that the “I agree to Creators’ Terms of Use” box is selected.
7. Choose a video from your gallery or record a video directly from your camera.
8. Enter the title, description, tags, category, subcategory and age group for your video.
9. Once your video upload is complete, click on the “My Channel” button and go to “Edit Channel”. Select “Payment Option” and choose your preferred method of payment – Bkash or Nagad. Make sure that the number used to create your Bkash/ Nagad account is the same number as the one you used to create your channel on TOFFEE.

Upon verification, your channel will be visible to the public.

TOFFEE Creator, TOFFEE Ninja, TOFFEE Wizard, TOFFEE Legend. Earning of videos will start as soon as you have views on your channel and will increase as soon as you get your first badge, i.e. TOFFEE Creator. The higher badge you earn, the higher will be your revenue earned from TOFFEE.
